If you hire or buy
- Cancelling a job, or a refund — what it costs is set out first; subject Refund.
- A download that will not work — how delivery works; subject Download.
- Invoices for footage you bought are in Purchases, next to each clip.
If you film
- Payouts go to the bank account in Settings → Payouts, automatically. Your Earnings page shows what is on its way and when, and Vlynq’s commission invoices.
- If your footage was taken down or your account suspended, reply to the email that told you — that is how to appeal.
Reporting something
To report a clip or a person, use the Report button on the clip, on their profile, or in your conversation with them — it comes straight to the reports queue, and the person is not told who reported them.
