Refund & Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: No refunds after download. All sales are final once content has been downloaded or accessed.
1. Custom Footage Requests
Before Videographer Selection
- Clients may cancel a job posting before selecting a videographer
- Full refund will be issued if no videographer has been selected
- Cancellation can be done through the "My Jobs" dashboard
After Videographer Selection
- Once a videographer is selected, cancellation is subject to the videographer's agreement
- If the videographer has already begun work, partial payment may be due
- Any refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis
- Contact the videographer through the messaging system to discuss cancellation
After Job Completion
- No refunds after the footage has been delivered and accepted
- If the delivered footage does not match the agreed specifications, contact the videographer first
- Disputes can be escalated to Vlynq support within 7 days of delivery
- Vlynq will mediate disputes but reserves the right to make final decisions
2. Content Library Purchases
No Refunds After Download
ALL CONTENT LIBRARY SALES ARE FINAL. Once you download or access the purchased video content, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Purchases are final and non-refundable
- This policy applies because digital content cannot be returned
- Preview the content carefully before purchasing
- Download links remain active for 30 days from purchase
Technical Issues
- If you experience technical issues with your download, contact support within 48 hours
- Provide proof of purchase and description of the issue
- We will attempt to provide a working replacement file
- If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be considered
3. Storage Services
Free Storage (10GB)
- Free storage is non-refundable as it is provided at no cost
- Files are stored for 30 days from upload
- Files may be deleted after 30 days without notice
- Vlynq is not liable for data loss after the storage period
Paid Storage Upgrades
- Storage upgrades ($5 for 50GB) are non-refundable once activated
- Storage is valid for 30 days from purchase
- No prorated refunds for early cancellation
- Unused storage does not carry over to subsequent periods
4. Payment Processing
Processing Fees
- Payment processing fees charged by Razorpay are non-refundable
- These fees are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered
- Refund amounts will exclude processing fees where applicable
Payouts to Videographers
- Videographer payouts are processed weekly on Saturdays
- Once a payout is initiated to Payoneer, it cannot be reversed
- Ensure your Payoneer account information is accurate
- Vlynq is not responsible for errors in provided payout information
5. Cancellation by Vlynq
Vlynq reserves the right to cancel or suspend services in the following circumstances:
- Violation of Terms and Conditions
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Technical issues that make service delivery impossible
In case of cancellation by Vlynq, users will receive a refund for unused services on a prorated basis.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (where applicable), contact us at:

- Include your order number and reason for refund request
- Provide any supporting documentation
- Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
7. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation:
- Contact the other party through the messaging system first
- If unresolved, escalate to Vlynq support within 7 days
- Provide all relevant communication and evidence
- Vlynq's decision will be final and binding
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
