Shipping & Delivery Policy

• The full-resolution original is available to download as soon as your payment succeeds — on the confirmation screen and on the clip’s page.
• Every clip you bought stays in Purchases. A download link works for one hour; open the clip again for a fresh one.
• If a creator removes a clip from sale, you keep access to it for 30 days and we email you to save a copy. If Vlynq takes a clip down after a report, access ends at once.

• The delivery date is the one agreed in the job. The creator uploads the files to the job page, and the client is notified by email and in the app.
• The client reviews previews first, and gets the full files once they accept the delivery — or automatically when the payment is released, 7 days after delivery.
• The client can ask for up to 2 revisions. Each one restarts the 7-day review when the new delivery arrives.

Write to us with the clip or job and what happened. A file that turns out to be corrupt or unreadable is covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
